Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Amazfit smart device, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our official store. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Amazfit device in its original box, ensuring all charging cables and straps are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your device for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
